The sand beach in front of the lodge is inviting whether to sit and relax or jump and play. Enjoy the water trampoline, building a sand castle, or just reading a novel and working on a suntan.
One of our planned activities each week is building and launching rockets! 
BIKE TRAIL
A paved bike trail connects to the resort to hundreds of miles of wilderness biking. Available for rent are Raleigh/Trek hybrid and comfort adult bikes, scout and kid's bikes, trail-a-bikes, and child carriers. Or team up and rent the tandem!
CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES
We love kids at Hiawatha Beach! Our schedule of planned children's activities is always a big hit with the youngsters!

Leech Lake is wonderful for all types of water sports. 
The water trampoline, indoor pool and hot tub make Hiawatha a fun place to splash away the day. 
Cayaks, canoes and paddle boats are parked on the beach awaiting a guest to paddle.  GREAT FISHING
Leech Lake has been known for its fishing for many years, but the present and future are what's more important-- Minnesota's DNR reports an increasing walleye population in the lake!
HOUSEBOAT RENTAL
We rent the only houseboat on Leech Lake. Our 50' cruiser sleeps 8-10, is fitted with hot and cold running water, bathroom, kitchen, and an ever-changing view of Leech Lake!
BOAT & PONTOON RENTAL
A wide lineup of fishing boats, deluxe fishing boats, pleasure boats and pontoons are available for rent by the day or week.
