We had a great time at this family-owned resort! Everyone was super friendly — A special thanks to Larry for making us feel at home and to Gavin who climbed a tree to retrieve our boys’ rocket. We appreciate all you did for us and the rest of the Wounded Warrior group this weekend!
The cabin was cozy, updated (even had blu-ray) and clean. We had lots to do and no chance of getting bored. If you’re looking for a good place to stay in northern Minnesota, Hiawatha is a great choice!

My family spent a week here in the campground. It was wonderful! The shower house was clean and trashes emptied everyday. The layout is a little tricky and the campers are tight together but there is green space that helped with room to play. We booked our family vacation for 2019 before we left. The week of activities is great to keep everyone busy. The fishing in the marina was great.

This has been our week long Family Reunion spot for over 25 years. Hiawatha is “home” for our 5 large families. It’s the week all generations look forward to every year. The Jacobson’s are all about hospitality and entertaining their guests.

“This place was wonderful! One of my favorite Resorts and we go to a different one weekly in the summer with our camper. Best beach by far and the staff were all great. Don’t forget to try the pizza. They have an indoor pool and hot tub that is steps away from the beach, tons of free things like paddle boats, canoes, paddle boards etc. The cabins looked very nice with a variety of sizes to accommodate any occasion. I will be back next year for sure.”
